At Flowers by Chloe´, we strive to provide timely and efficient delivery of our beautiful flower arrangements. Please review the following delivery policy to understand the terms and conditions for flower deliveries.
1. Delivery Days and Hours
- Delivery Availability: We offer delivery of flower arrangements from Monday to Friday.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. EST will be fulfilled on the following business day.
- Weekend Deliveries: We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If a delivery is scheduled for the weekend, it will automatically be delivered on the following Monday.
2. Delivery Areas and Fees
We deliver to the following areas:
- Lyons & Vidalia, GA: $7 delivery fee
- Mount Vernon, GA: $75 minimum order + $15 delivery fee
- Soperton, GA: $100 minimum order + $15 delivery fee
- Reidsville, GA: $100 minimum order + $15 delivery fee
Please ensure that the delivery address is within our delivery zones.
3. Delivery Process
- Deliveries will be made during business hours on the specified delivery day.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a secure location or with a neighbor. If no secure location is available, the arrangement will be returned to our store, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
4. Delivery Restrictions
- Flower Arrangements Only: We deliver flower arrangements, but do not deliver gift shop items.
- Delivery Date Modifications: If your requested delivery date falls on a weekend, we will deliver the arrangement on the next available business day (Monday).
