At Flowers by Chloe´, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that returns and refunds may be necessary for certain items, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options.

 

1. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that flower arrangements are non-refundable as outlined in our Terms of Service. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales on floral arrangements are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for these items.

 

2. Refunds on Gift Shop Items

We offer refunds for eligible gift shop items, subject to the following conditions:
  • Eligibility: Gift shop items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

3. Return Process for Shipped Items

For items purchased online or shipped directly to you, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our store at (912) 538-1116 or via email at flowersbychloe24@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. In-Store Returns

For items purchased in-store, you may return them directly at our location within 14 days of purchase.
  • Store Location: 201 NW Main St, Vidalia, GA 30474
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

5. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returned gift shop items, both shipped and in-store purchases. This fee covers the cost of handling and restocking the items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Flower arrangements
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (912) 538-1116 or flowersbychloe24@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
